We want to raise funds to breed, train and partner more of our life-changing assistance dogs, reducing our current wait list. Our dogs are trained to carry out everyday tasks like opening doors, loading laundry, and helping to dress; fostering independence and reducing isolation for their partners.

Canine Partners transforms lives by placing assistance dogs with physically disabled adults in the UK. Many of our applicants struggle with isolation, lack confidence and rely heavily on carers, making it difficult for them to play an active part in their community, education, and the workplace. Assistance dogs offer a life-changing solution, restoring independence, confidence, and providing companionship. However, due to rising demand and costs, over 90 individuals are now on our waiting list.

We make a lifetime commitment to successful applicants, providing them with assistance dogs for as long as they need them, and replacing retiring dogs with successor dogs, all free of charge. The training for our canine partners is tailored to meet the needs and lifestyles of each applicant. Our dogs are trained to assist with everyday tasks such as picking up dropped items and fetching help in emergencies. They offer 24/7 companionship, reducing their reliance on carers and family members.
