Peer support from bereaved parents to other parents whose child, of any age, has died from any cause. Support provides the compassion, empathy, understanding, friendship, and hope that only other bereaved parents can give.

    The loneliness, isolation, desperation, depression, anxiety, stigma, anger, frustration experienced by many bereaved parents whose child, of any age, has died.

    By providing peer support from other bereaved parents. Support is provided in person (at local groups, weekend retreats, support days, individually), over the telephone, by email, in print, and online. All support is provided by over 300 trained volunteers who are themselves bereaved parents. Peer support comprises a helpline, local groups, online support groups, leaflets on all aspects of child loss, weekend retreats, support days, one-to-one support, postal bereavement library, website, walks.
