Children’s access to creativity is under threat, with under-resourced children & families in our hyper-local boroughs facing significant barriers due to cuts to the curriculum, rising costs & lack of provision, isolating them from crucial creative capital right on their doorstep. In a Fold7 survey, 50% of parents said that the cost of living has had a negative impact on their children’s creativity at home, & 57% had taken their children to fewer attractions or activities.

Creative Hub puts young people at the heart of what we do, creating a new generation of creative citizens who feel empowered, heard & inspired. By providing free creative workshops, resources and theatre tickets for local families & children, we ensure that they have access to critical creative experiences & parents are supported in delivering creative play & learning. In turn, young voices help to shape the work on our stages, with artists learning directly from young people through workshops.
