Our Organisational Leadership course helps increase employability and promotions with our students. We'd love to offer this to Refugees and Asylum Seekers to be able to give them more opportunities in the workplace, empowering them.

Situation
Most refugees and asylum seekers do not get any handouts from the state to support themselves financially. If they do, it is very low. Their employability is low due to poor English or lack of recognised education in the UK. We want to empower this group of people to go after good jobs, increase their communication and English skills to then be better placed within society to earn and provide for their families.
Solution
We would deliver workshops to this target group based on Organisational Leadership. The skills learnt within the workshop will support them in leadership skills, conflict management, strategic thinking and culture ethnicity and diversity. By learning these topics in English, their language will improve. The topics themselves will help refugees and asylum seekers to find better, well-paying jobs in leadership.
