Every week, we receive over 200 calls for help from families—twice the number we saw before the pandemic and the numbers continue to rise. The cost of living crisis has exacerbated the challenges faced by the women and girls who seek our support. In addition to dealing with abuse, families are frequently struggling with paying bills, mental health issues, suicidal thoughts, unemployment, limited access to food, and the threat of homelessness.

Our life-changing services offer comprehensive support to help women and girls rebuild their lives free of abuse. Our highly trained support workers assist victims and survivors with a wide range of needs beyond domestic abuse support. This includes help with accessing food banks, healthcare, legal services, home starter packs, debt management, support at school, mental health support, counselling, police interviews, court appearances, employment, art therapy, childcare support, and much more.
