Helping women who face difficulties and become or feel socially excluded or deprived/disadvantaged. In recent difficult times, particularly during the pandemic, there has been an increase in calls made to emergency services due to domestic violence, child abuse, suicide, crises, panic attacks, anxiety disorders and multiple emergency cases. We encourage every individual to maximize on all their personal strengths and work towards removing or reducing their difficulties.

In providing and expanding our free services in London, we can help a wider spectrum of young girls and women who are on a low income or living in poverty and who cannot afford health and wellbeing support. Making our free services more widely available could avoid acts of suicide, reduce the effects of domestic violence and abuse, reduce isolation and empower the community both mentally and physically through our combined mental health, wellbeing and fitness services.
