Our hospice at home service is an integral component of community end of life care bringing the skills, ethos and practical care associated with Salisbury Hospice into the home environment; putting the patient and those who matter to them at the centre of our care.

Situation
At Salisbury Hospice we provide care in the inpatient unit, across the community and in our patients homes. All care is centred around individual needs and we support patients from first diagnosis through to the end of life. We want to ensure our patients continue to have choice around their place of death, ensuring peace of mind for patients, their families and carers.
Solution
Hospice at Home is partly funded by the ICB (our local Integrated Care Board) however Salisbury Hospice Charity is aiming to raise a further £91,000 to ensure this invaluable service continues. Support through the Kind2Mind campaign will not only help us raise vital funds but also highlight the essential services Salisbury Hospice offers to the community. In addition, the campaign will help us reach out to Trusts & Foundations and Corporate partners to help us fully fund this vital service.
