The majority of our children rely on our transport service to attend their sessions. Our current people carrier is old, and at times unreliable, which means there is the risk that the children may miss out on vital time at Ride High if transport can’t be provided. Attending weekly sessions at Ride High gives these children stability and predictability to their life, which is often absent, and is something positive for them to focus on.

In response to growing demand, Ride High has increased the number of children it supports each week by 33%, with 120 children attending weekly sessions. This means there are many more children that require the transport service we provide, this is often essential in allowing children to attend their sessions. The purchase of a new, electric people carrier will allow us to replace our current one that is old and unreliable. It will be more cost effective to run and more environmentally friendly.
