The Women of Achievement Lunch is an organisation bringing together women from across the UK with Scottish connections to support a small local Scottish charity each year. They are supporting MIkeysline to support the mental health and suicide prevention work carried out by them in the Highlands.

Mikeysline provides support for emotional distress and mental health for anyone of any age or gender anywhere in the Highlands and Moray. We support people struggling with mental health issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, isolation and loneliness from early intervention to crisis support. We support people through text-based support, face to face 1:1 and online 1:1 support in our Hives, in communities, in schools and workplaces. We also work to breakdown the stigma surrounding mental health.
Mikeyline provides educational workshops in schools and businesses to encourage everyone to speak openly about mental health with the aim of breaking down the stigma, which prevents people from reaching out for support. By encouraging a whole new generation to talk openly and confidently about mental health as well as changing the dialogue about mental health with adults, we can provide a long term solution to the suicide rates in Highland, which are amongst the highest in the UK.
