Mental health problems, poor diet, isolation, lack of activity and poverty are all linked, one causes the other and all lead to low mood and lack of self esteem. Addressing issues in isolation isn't a real solution at all, neither is responding to the effects. The problem we are are solving, therefore, is the cause of mental health problems.
Mental health can be managed better with good food, good company and positive activity plus support to resolve the issues that cause mental health. Zink's Community Cafe provides good food, activities with others, friendships, advice to solve issues related to welfare, finance and housing as well as support into work. Our holistic approach enables and encourages individuals to use Zink's services to resolve problems with support and, over time, learn techniques to manage mental health better.
