We use the power of theatre to change lives and change minds. With displaced artists centre-stage, we bring people together through theatre and art to create surprising stories that spark new conversations and encourage action on migration, the climate crisis and polarisation.

More and more people are on the move due to the climate crisis, global conflict, human rights violations, natural disaster and persecution, while at the same time anti-immigration rhetoric, antisemitism and Islamophobia are on the rise. We believe the arts and theatre play a vital role in uniting people from diverse communities across divides to encourage greater empathy and nuance, and re-humanise the conversation around contemporary migration.

In a world of entrenching polarisation, Good Chance harnesses the power of art to shatter stereotypes and inspire connection. With displaced artists centre-stage, we: • Create groundbreaking “theatre that shakes hands with the world” to shift the narrative around migration; • Create opportunities for communities to connect through art and spark conversation across divides; • Create opportunities for displaced artists to develop and be an integral part of the UK’s creative ecosystem.
