Evidence shows young people in Gloucester have very few opportunities for activities relevant to them; no outdoor spaces where they can safely gather and socialise and not enough positive role models to provide support structures needed. This puts them at high risk of seeking alternative means for stimulation and support, in unsafe environments, and through antisocial and sometimes criminal behaviour.

Full Tilt will benefit communities in the centre of Gloucester by facilitating an arts, physical activity and youth space in Gloucester park. Activating an area of the park and making it into a safe and attractive space for young people, developing a program of activity that links physical exercise, arts, culture and socialising through a range of accessible physical art forms such as parkour, calisthenics freestyle and flow, acrobatics and street dance.
