The sector has the power to avert the worst consequences of biodiversity loss and climate change. Despite pledges made to cut emissions, our research shows they’re still pumping money into companies expanding oil and gas. Banks need to finance the transition to net-zero. A nature-friendly economy could create 395 million jobs and US$10.1 trillion of economic value by 2030.
