Facing and dealing with the end of life is challenging at any time but even harder at Christmas. We want to ensure we have the support and care in place to provide our outstanding, personalised specialist care and support for patients and their families, providing the right care at the right time, allowing them to make the most of every moment and build precious memories for the future.
We will provide compassionate care and support for patients and their families through our specialist In-Patient Unit based at our Hospice in Esher and also in people’s own homes through our Hospice at Home service. We will also provide support for children, young people and families facing the loss of a loved one, through dedicated pre and post bereavement support to help them to understand what is happening and build the tools and resilience to continue in the future.
