The Branch Trust was created in 2020 to develop a community hub – The Branch - at the heart of Chipping Norton, restoring access to services in an area which, unknown to many, includes the most deprived neighbourhood in West Oxfordshire; with a mission to transform lives and unlock potential.

The Government Indices of Multiple Deprivation (2019) expose the hidden reality: - Child Income Deprivation is in the worst 20% nationally, - Employment prospects for young people are in the lowest 5% - High levels of Domestic Abuse are reported and community lines drug dealing is prevalent - Rural Isolation means a 30mile (£7.90) round trip bus journey to Witney/Banbury to access support services which is a barrier and individuals and families are failing to thrive.

The Branch will be a 'ONE STOP SHOP FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT' offering: - Regular drop in surgeries with Statutory and Voluntary Services; - Signposting to support & help desks with IT access, - Greater reach for the peer support courses we run around Life Skills, promoting Domestic Abuse Recovery and Wellbeing; - Community Kitchen promoting skills training, building self-esteem and aspiration, as well as encouraging social connection around cooking; - Homework clubs for youth; and more.
