    Situation

Older adults who lose their mobility are less likely to remain living at home; have higher rates of disease, disability, hospitalisation and have poorer quality of life. Physical exercise can - improve strength, improve balance and give you more energy. Physical movement can also prevent or delay diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, or osteoporosis. Exercise can also improve mental health.

    Solution

We understand that one size doesn't fit all and that its important to find exercise that suits the person, so we will add to our range of physical exercise classes so that on a regular basis, with qualified instructors, we can hold - Pilates, Hydrotherapy exercise, General Exercise, Table Tennis and new age bowls, kurling and boccia.
