People with learning disabilities want to follow their passions and live their life to the maximum. But often they don't have the right support to help them to live independently. This campaign will help those who are least supported in society to live their lives to the full, however they choose.

Situation
Many people with learning disabilities struggle to realise the possibilities open to them in life. They don’t realise what they can aspire to and achieve. Before they can build their aspirations and map a pathway for their life they have to learn that they can aspire at all. They and their families need help to identify areas of wellbeing and self-development support needed to make informed choices and live a self-determined life. We’ve developed a new model of support to achieve this.
Solution
Working with local organisations we’ll identify and reach those most in need. Our life journey planning and coaching will enable more people with learning disabilities to transition into adulthood, learn work skills, build healthy happy adult relationships, and make decisions about their own lives. This may be in the form of a listening ear for emotional issues; advocacy for citizenship; healthy lifestyle advice; a step up the ladder to employability or life coaching to unlock their ambitions.
