Each day 5 people will be killed on the roads of the United Kingdom with numerous more left with life-changing injuries. The provision of a bespoke package of post-collision support is essential. Nationally there is a dearth of support available for the families and individuals who are left bereaved by a fatal road collision.

The Road Victims Trust will recruit, maintain and train a cohort of skilled professional Counsellors who, in turn, will volunteer their skills and expertise to the charity. These Counsellors will provide support to the families and individuals who are bereaved across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
