CACT runs 65 programmes within South East London and Kent with the aim of addressing these main challenges: - Addressing the educational attainment gap that has increased depending on individuals socio-economic status. - Reducing the high levels of young people in our communities not in education, employment, or training (NEET) - Tackling high levels of youth violence & drug related crime - Improving the mental & physical wellbeing in our communities - Improving community & social cohesion

CACT has a unique model in the area for engaging with individuals who may need support to reach their full potential, by using the power of football and the Charlton Athletic brand to break down barriers. Our bursary fund enables young people and other participants to access our programmes or gives them the additional support they need to reach their full potential, for example by buying them new clothing, food and amenities or covering travel costs.
