Wandsworth experiences one of the highest rates of pay inequality in London. The 28% of children and young people living in poverty in Wandsworth live adjacent to some of the most affluent areas in London, constantly living with the contrast between their lives and others. These young people are more likely to experience family issues including substance misuse, domestic abuse, the care system, school exclusions and the criminal justice system.

We engage young people in positive and constructive activities (including boxing, meals and skills development workshops) whilst providing intensive, long-term and consistent one-to-one mentoring which offers unprejudiced, unconditional support with empathy. These activities teach young people emotional resilience, self-respect and discipline, improving their wellbeing, giving them something to belong to and enabling them to succeed in their lives.
