Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall provides opportunities for professional and upcoming artists, and works to bring high-quality arts to the Suffolk coast. Built in 1887 'for the community', the hall is focused on creating an arts venue that is accessible and open to all.

The experience of live entertainment and a cultural venue in small towns is hugely beneficial to wellbeing and education. It is also the beating heart of a rural community. To sustain and develop this hub, core and operational funds are crucial to allow the hall to grow and flourish during a challenging time within the arts sector.

We programme with confidence and ambition, creating a schedule of diverse events for all ages. We are committed to creating a venue for the whole community to enjoy, but want to ensure that the programme is delivered professionally, efficiently and built on a financially resilient model. With a strong group of volunteer trustees and only two part-time members of staff, we are now committed to increasing our core funds to enable a stronger and experience group of staff to run the theatre.
