Now, more than ever, we believe that music making is extraordinarily important to children and young people. As the cost of living crisis continues, we know that more and more families are seeing music lesson as a luxury they just cannot afford. We believe passionately that every child who shows potential in learning an instrument is given the opportunity to develop that potential, in music and beyond.

We have three core programmes. Our Scholarship programme gives committed children from low-income families four years of funding and a dedicated, bespoke programme of instrumental learning and mentoring. Our Partnership programme provides funding for collaborative projects in inspiring venues, enabling hundreds of young musicians to learn from and perform alongside professionals. Our third programme, Amplify London, supports non-formal, grassroots music projects across the capital.
