Let Me Know (LMK) is an education charity, working with young people to teach them the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, so that they can avoid abuse and thrive in their relationships. We offer free workshops to schools, charities, and community organisations across London.

Relationship abuse has a devastating effect on the lives of around 2.4million people in the UK each year and the problem starts young. 25% of teenage girls and 20% of teenage boys experience physical partner violence. Only 20% of 16-17 year olds can tell if a relationship is abusive. We know that the consequent trauma associated with abuse are linked to multiple disadvantages including educational disengagement, poor mental health, substance abuse, homelessness and future violence.

We run workshops educating young people aged (11-24) about the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, empowering them to thrive in their relationships and preventing them from becoming victims of abuse. We give them the tools and confidence they need to speak out, seek help and keep themselves and their friends safe. We proactively work with pupils in Pupil Referral Units, asylum seekers, homeless young people, domestic violence survivors and LGBTQ+ youth.
