As UK leaders in this creating outdoor, community focused theatre, we are keen to pass on skills and experience and in response to the numerous requests we receive to create learning opportunities, share knowledge and offer work placements. Training programmes are often expensive and voluntary work placements require a level of personal income and so exclude those that face barriers to the arts (minority groups, low socio-economic backgrounds).

We will deliver a programme of subsidised training residencies in Cornwall that include accommodation and subsistence over a two-year period. Exposure to new ways of working, that will increase skills, enhance confidence, improve mental health and wellbeing and build personal networks that will lead to greater employment opportunities.
