We’ve found that families of seriously-ill children learn to live day by day. When a child has an uncertain prognosis, planning for their child’s next Christmas isn’t always a luxury they have. We aim to bring the joy of Christmas to families, by celebrating Christmas in July. Our events are safe, welcoming and accessible for all. A parent said: ‘I had such bad anxiety about how I was going to socialise as my child was different, the looks and questions from were overwhelming at times'.

We will provide our families with an afternoon of incredible entertainment; wonderful food and each child will receive a Christmas present from Father Christmas. We will bring the joy of Christmas to our families and seriously-ill children – and in turn this will provide a day to make memories that they will never forget. We invite the whole family to the event to offer them an opportunity to connect with others in similar situations, share experiences, and make memories together.
