Life costs a lot more when you’re raising a disabled, or seriously ill, child on a low income and there are now fewer support services than ever before. Ninety-five per cent of parents tell us they want more information and support than they can currently access. Barriers include not having enough time because of intense caring responsibilities, not being digitally confident enough to navigate online provisions and not knowing what's on offer in their local area or nationally.

We provide personalised information and support services to help families with money and benefits, budget planning, their children's education, mental health and wellbeing, digital training and creative workshops so families can get the help they need and deserve. Income will fund our helpline; the delivery of group workshops and bespoke one to one support with skilled trainers; the provision of online resources and help for families to access and make the most of these resources.
