We are raising funds to support a growing number of girls aged 10-18, who feel isolated, anxious, low or sad. Our specialist mentoring supports girls to feel heard, known and seen, improving their mental wellbeing and self esteem - so they can get their voices heard and Flourish.

We have seen a 125% increase in girls aged 10-18 years struggling with their self-esteem and wellbeing and anxiety due stress related to money, education, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. 42% of girls referred to Flourish experienced anxiety, 23% experienced social isolation and 76% had low self-esteem (22/23). In particular, 40% of girls referred had self-harmed, 6% were identified as at risk of child sexual exploitation and 24% are in receipt of Pupil Premium.
Creative and fun, our mentoring activities use secular content, and enable girls to make new friends, recognise their self-worth and build emotional resilience. The impact is powerful: 69% of participants feel more aspirational, 73% have improved self esteem and 88% have improved wellbeing, 100% of our beneficiaries would recommend us to a friend. We see girls who have been on the edge of crisis, returning to school, engaging in their community and carving out positive futures for themselves.
