    Situation

    We are currently experiencing an epidemic of stress. At least 1 in 3 adults in the UK have experienced trauma in their lives, and this can be hugely detrimental to their mental health. Without effective treatment, trauma can lead to long-term mental health conditions including PTSD and depression. We especially work with those who have experienced trauma as part of their line of work, such as NHS workers and emergency service staff.

    Solution

    We offer free courses in Transcendental Meditation, a technique proven to reduce symptoms of PTSD, stress, anxiety, burnout and fatigue, and increase energy levels, happiness, mental clarity and self-confidence. Through TM, the mind and body is provided with a unique deep state of rest, allowing the nervous system to repair and restore itself, while also increasing it's resilience to further stress. Through this technique, survivors of traumatic stress are able to reclaim their lives.
