Everybody gets treated as an individual, whether it’s physical, mental or emotional support they need from us. We support people to stay as independent as possible, for as long as possible. We’re bringing people together. From patients, family and friends to our clinical team, counsellors, staff, volunteers and our fundraisers.
Our holistic approach to care means we treat every person as an individual, and our care extends to relatives and friends, both during their loved one's illness, and through bereavement. We will always discuss our care plans and suggested treatments with our patients and before any member of staff examines of treats a patient, they seek permission or consent.
