We give people with neurological conditions tools to manage the physical & mental symptoms of their condition & live well. Demand for support is high. Funds will help us increase the size of our Centre, grow our exercise & counselling services, & support more people who could benefit in our region.

Situation
1-in-10 people in the UK has one of the neuro conditions the NTC supports & face health inequalities affecting both their physical & mental health & wellbeing. They need ongoing, consistent & regular support to manage their condition but for many, symptoms worsened during Covid due to limited access to services, reducing independence & increasing isolation. Many are desperate to regain control of their lives, but need support. Pressures on the NHS mean increased community-based support is vital.
Solution
Our vision is to help people 'live their best neuro life'. We empower people to be proactive about their care through our preventative approach to managing conditions - saving NHS resources & improving quality of life. By expanding both our physical space & our resources, our accessible facilities, tailored services, experience & knowledge mean we can be at the heart of the solution, helping to keep people independent, mobile & in control of their mental & physical health.
