We are raising funds to be able to continue our outreach work, especially during the winter months. This includes engaging with homeless and vulnerable people, making up food parcels, providing a crisis service and managing an Emergency Accommodation house.

Situation
With the cost of living crisis we have seen an increase in people needing food parcels and living in poverty. Christmas can be a lonely and difficult time of year for some of our service users as they can be estranged from families and loved ones. People are also more likely to use substances to self soothe during this period and the colder weather makes for harsh living conditions for the homeless and vulnerable.
Solution
We would like to: -Give all our homeless and vulnerable people a proper Christmas meal and relevant gift (such as a pair of shoes, coat etc). -Source food and toiletries for the homeless to cover the festive break and a Greggs card for a hot drink when services are not open. -Re-connect those we can with family and fund their public transport and a gift for the family to meet over the Christmas period. -Fund our Case Work services so we can continue to provide Crisis support.
