It provides meaningful and stimulating social contact helping to reduce the speed of the beneficiaries decline, improve mood, increase independence, reduce isolation & loneliness and support strong relationship growth
We will provide 2 creative theme-based MCST sessions per week developed to facilitate discussion and participation. Activities include discussions, word games, quizzes, physical activities, creative and musical activities. The Programme focusses on ‘maintenance’ and retention of clients for as long as MCST is useful to them. Carers are encouraged to feel comfortable to use the sessions as opportunities for respite or to participate.
