Having Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) can be isolating, especially in rural areas where there’s few specialist events or groups that can support you. Your donation will help us to establish GLISTEN Fest as an annual sensory arts festival that inspires individual creativity, supports wellbeing and creates memories with family, friends, and carers. We’re producing our first GLISTEN Fest for PMLD audiences in September 2023 and want this to continue in 2024 and beyond.

LEVEL is a specialist arts centre celebrating the art that ‘difference’ makes. Everything we do has a value, going beyond creativity to offer experiences that make a difference. For many years, we’ve been a platform for disabled people to explore their potential and improve their wellbeing. GLISTEN Fest is an exciting, new step, and we’ll use our learnings to create a festival that inspires our Derbyshire PMLD/ Learning Disabled community and supports their families and carers.
