Last year Ferne rehomed over 250 dogs and cats and sadly the demand for our help only ever grows! What's more, this year we have regularly been taking in animals with more complex needs. Where there is a lot of work to be done, the rehabilitation process to prepare these animals for a new home can be long and involved. Each animal must receive the treatment, care and love they need to enable them to live a happy life.
Our dedicated animal care team work tirelessly to gently unpick the issues they are faced with, to rebuild trust, rehabilitate, care for and support each and every dog and cat that comes into the Sanctuary. Every donation received will help fund this care and the associated veterinary treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes for these wonderful animals.
