In the past year alone, No Limits has seen an 21% increase in mental health needs and a 25% increase in young people seeking help for housing and accommodation. Christmas time can be hard for vulnerable young people and there are very few services in the area that provide a holistic service, dealing with all the interconnected concerns a young person might be facing. No Limits aims to deal with the person as a whole to work through issues, giving them the tools to help themselves.

No Limits Youth Workers are on hand to help without waiting lists or appointments during drop-in hours at the Advice Centre. The Advice Centre also serves as a ‘Warm Space’, providing a safe place to keep warm during the colder months. We have emergency department workers based in five Hampshire Hospitals and a Schools Team, providing outreach in Schools and Colleges. Last year we supported over 8,000 young people, of this number, over 3,000 sought help during the Christmas period.
