We are raising funds to pay for our national helpline that provides information and emotional support to anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) via telephone, email, WhatsApp or Live Web Chat. We have three part-time staff with in-depth knowledge of all subjects relating to life with MS.

Beneficiaries
There are approximately 130,000 people living with MS in the UK. MS is a neurological condition affecting the central nervous system which creates a wide range of symptoms that include visual disturbances, neuropathic pain, chronic fatigue and mobility problems. We know that many people want to take a holistic approach to their health and wellbeing and need trusted information and support about lifestyle changes, mental health, symptom management, welfare rights and aids and adaptations.
We will provide anyone affected by MS with the opportunity to speak to our helpline staff and that includes friends, family, carers and professionals. We'll give them as much time as they need to discuss diagnosis and the different stages of the MS journey as it progresses. We will go the extra mile to find the information they need. We will produce information booklets that provide reliable information, lived experience from people living with MS and signposts to further sources of support.
