    Situation

In these challenging times, brave people around the UK are taking action. Whether that's setting up a food bank in their garage, supporting young black men into employment, or tackling climate change. Their efforts are vital for communities to thrive. And yet this work is exhausting. Many community leaders feel burnt out, under-resourced and isolated. Though communities need their help more than ever, its all too easy for these heroes to lose hope and feel like giving up.

    Solution

We run a groundbreaking programme called Changemakers in Turbulent Times that connects Changemakers locally and nationally to support one another and collaborate. We deliver online sessions led by world class experts on themes like 'channeling anger for transformation' and 'deep listening' - that build skills, courage and resilience. We provide in-depth training to support people to bring communities together for difficult conversations that lead to effective action.
