IntoUniversity aims to address the problems of educational inequality and social exclusion by supporting young people facing disadvantage, to aspire and achieve their potential. These young people are less likely to attend university, less likely to achieve their educational potential, and are almost 60% less likely to be in a professional job. The cost of living crisis has exacerbated these issues, making our objectives at IntoUniversity more relevant than ever.

IntoUniversity provides long-term support in breaking down barriers to success. This includes structured, academic and pastoral support helping students with their education and wellbeing. We support young people’s future goals by broadening their knowledge of university and careers through workshops, trips, positive role models and practical guidance on accessing these pathways. Additionally, we develop our students' soft skills, necessary for success in Higher Education and the workplace.
