Please help us raise £45,000 at this crucial time for the library when our services are needed more than ever as a result of a growing threat of antisemitism and Holocaust distortion, and when securing vital unrestricted funding for charities like us is more challenging than ever.

Situation
Antisemitism and Holocaust denial in Britain are becoming more widespread. The Community Security Trust (CST) recorded 1,652 antisemitic incidents in the UK in 2022- this worrying statistic evidences the increased need for our work. Through our archive, the Library provides a resource to help fight against antisemitism and all hatred of this kind. However, the cost of living crisis is making it difficult to secure the necessary funds needed to allow us to continue providing these resources.
Solution
We need to raise £45,000 of unrestricted funding through this campaign. This will ease much of the pressures of the current financial uncertainties, and will go a long way to helping us reach our overall annual target. Even more crucially it will allow the Wiener Holocaust Library to stand ready to fight hatred, by putting our collections to best use. Our unique collections of over one million items including: books, photos and eyewitness testimonies are crucial tools to help in this fight.
