1 in 4 of adults have poor mental health. Many people don’t know where to turn and can be reluctant to seek help because of the stigma of having poor mental health or feeling that they haven't been able to access the support they need. Covid and the cost of living crisis has exacerbated the stresses and strains of daily living for individuals and families. Statutory services are overwhelmed and waiting lists are long. People from minority groups are often invisible to mainstream services.

We provide a range of local tailored and accessible 121 and group support choices for people which enable people to feel listened to and understood. Led by a team of professional wellbeing coaches these include local safe space communities across localities in Tyneside and Northumberland, Specialist services such as our Families Support Service in Northumberland and in-depth collaborations with local community partners to enable us to reach some of the most vulnerable people in society.
