Lack of access to opportunities for training and employment sees thousands of young people leave Nepal each year to work overseas. As a result, they face unsafe and exploitative work, accrue significant debts, and experience severe mental and physical health problems, with an increasing number of them tragically proving fatal. This migration also results in young people themselves becoming absent parents to their small children, perpetuating the generational cycle of economic and social poverty.

We breakdown barriers to opportunities by: 1. Providing grants & loans for micro-business starts ups 2. Providing financial support to ensure access to work(e.g. bus fare, food, acquiring identity documents) 3. Facilitating apprenticeships & on-the-job training 4. Functional learning courses (numercy, literacy, soft skills) 5. Professional development support & mentoring 6. Mapping existing support/opportunities 7. Delivering Business Training 8. Matching yp starting a new business with a mentor
