At Smart Works Newcastle we want to inspire and empower all women who need help getting into work. We are a female employment charity that dresses and coaches women for interview and job success. We support anyone across the North East, who identifies as female with free high-quality clothing, shoes and accessories and one to one coaching to help them see their true potential. This short intervention has a significant impact on our clients believing in their own ability to succeed at interview
The Smart Works Newcastle service is transformational. Every woman benefits from a bespoke dressing consultation, a high-quality interview outfit (free & hers to keep) and one-to-one interview coaching. This equips her with the confidence and practical skills to overcome barriers to success. Our mission is for every woman to be able to access our service with either a visit to our centre or via our virtual service where we will send a parcel of clothing direct and do the coaching over the phone.
