It has been a difficult three years for our social businesses and the people with learning disabilities who work within them. Pandemic, inflation, cost of living crisis – these factors have combined to make it hugely challenging to offer meaningful support and work experience. And this work experience is absolutely crucial, as only 5% of people with a mild learning disability are in paid work. But we are changing this, and you can help us do even more.

You will be helping us supercharge the training opportunities our businesses provide for people with learning disabilities as well as increasing the income they generate for our charity work. You will also help more people with learning disabilities and visitors to reap the mental health benefits of time spent in our welcoming, inclusive spaces.
