Bristol Old Vic Theatre School's students would greatly benefit from having permanent access to a 3D printer. It would be used across design and prop-making courses and would reflect current industry practice to our competent young professionals-in-training.

    Situation

In order to train our students according to current industry practice, the School needs a 3D printer for use by design and technical students. The School has recently experienced cuts in grant funding and does not have the required funds to buy the printer.

    Solution

Purchasing a 3D printer through fundraising and match funding.
