The climate crisis is escalating, and already impacts on the world's poorest communities. The UK's biggest banks are responsible for nearly double the carbon emissions of the rest of the UK. A UK government survey found that over 70% of people want their investments to achieve good for people and the planet. The problem remains that people's awareness of sustainable finance remains low, and most individuals lack the knowledge and agency to positively impact our world through their finances.

Building on campaigns over the past two years, in which we reached over 270,000 people, we have recently initiated the expansion of our activities. This has included hiring an outreach worked to engage BAME communities, increasing our partnerships and producing new resources. Through in-person and online workshops, collaborating with climate groups, disseminating resources, we will engage tens of thousands of people to connect their finances with the environmental issues that they care about.
