Using nature based residential projects and outdoor adventures, with follow-on year round mentoring and other support, we help some of London's most disadvantaged children to rebuild fragile mental/emotional health, and to believe in the power of their own potential.

We support particularly vulnerable London children who are not fulfilling their potential due to limited confidence, emerging mental health problems, or other social-emotional difficulties. All have experienced trauma, abuse or significant childhood adversity, and live in families who do not access more mainstream support. Many have come to believe they are 'bad', 'unwanted' or 'broken'. We help these children prepare for life by changing their stories about who they are, and who they can be.

Via our therapeutically structured, nature based residential programme (Thrive Outside) Children struggling in school & who've never left their area of London before lead nightwalks through the woods, canoe down rivers & camp under the stars. Projects build confidence, resilience, self-belief, & support particularly vulnerable children to feel brave, proud and successful. Once we've built initial trust, the most in need access year round support (Journey Programme/Mentoring) to build key skills.
