For many young Londoners living in low- scoring socio -economic areas, the playing field is not level. As well as challenges around low self esteem, due to negative attitudes of wider society and a lack of positive role models, there is frequent inequality of opportunity, exposure to uninspiring environments and social and economic barriers to accessible pathways towards personal and career development.

At Behind Every Kick we aim to 'make it happen'by delivering to schools & sports clubs, expertly designed skills development modules, alongside mentoring opportunities and work place experiences, connecting young people to businesses and individuals, paving ways towards employabitly, further education and enhanced career prospects. We are driven to make it happen for our young people through empowering them to develop their skills, talents and confidence around their ambition and aspirations.
