From floods and fires, to acts of terror, UK disasters can change people’s lives in an instant. With your support the National Emergencies Trust can be there for survivors and their loved ones in their time of need. Together we can help them to recover and rebuild their lives.

National emergencies can occur within minutes but leave behind physical and mental impacts that last a lifetime. From the Manchester Arena attack to the Grenfell Tower fire, UK emergency survivors tell us about the complex needs they face which too often go unmet. Profound physical injuries, mental trauma, bereavement, financial hardship and homelessness.

National Emergencies Trust exists to make life better for UK disaster survivors. When the worst happens, we launch a nationwide fundraising appeal for survivors and their families. We collaborate with other UK charities to share funds out fast and fairly. Our Bee The Difference project is working with young survivors of the 2017 Manchester Arena attack. With their help, we will make sure that young people affected by terrorism in the future receive the best possible mental health care.
