At Trevi, we’re impatient to see a world without violence against women and girls. Every year, we support more women desperate to flee domestic abuse. Please donate to help us be there for any woman and child that needs us this Christmas.

Every 6 seconds in Britain, another woman is assaulted in her own home. Plymouth is one of the largest cities on the south coast with a high prevalence of domestic violence. With a year on year increase of 21%; domestic violence accounts for 27% of all crime in Plymouth compared to the national figure of 16%. 80% of the women we support through our residential rehab centre and 50+% women accessing our Sunflower Women’s Centre have or are experiencing domestic abuse.

We’ll continue to provide women-only spaces for women to feel safe. We’ll continue to deliver courses, helping women make sense of what has happened so they can achieve a fresh start in life. Our experienced practitioners will provide 1-1 support for any woman - no matter what stage of her journey – ensuring that every woman is safe, advocated for and all her needs met. We will continue to educate and promote the issues whilst elevating women’s voices to address stigma and drive system change.
