Our vision is for every community affected by armed conflict to have the resources they need to manage future conflicts peacefully. We train and equip people at the heart of conflict to be peacebuilders, right where conflict is fought and felt. We work in the Sudano-Sahel area of Africa.

Situation
The problem we address is armed conflict. We enable people who might otherwise be excluded from peace processes to identify and address the root causes of conflict that divides them. We train, coach and support them to resolve the conflicts around them.
Solution
We are invited to an area to work with the people who live with deep rooted conflict. We consult them and discuss with them the issues arising and decide on the most appropriate way forward. We forge relationships with people on all sides of the conflict, including armed groups so that everyone might be included in any dialogues. We work especially with women and young people and encourage them to get involved with the processes.
